NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Three of the musicians involved in a parking scuffle with Metro Police are speaking out about the incident and the video that's gaining a large amount of attention on the Internet.

"It was the wildest thing I've ever seen," said Matthew Paige who was involved in the ordeal on Broadway around 2 a.m. last Friday morning.

According to Paige his friend had double parked on Broadway because a cab was occupying the "Musician Loading Zone" outside of Laylas.

Paige said his friend was getting a ticket from Metro Police when the incident began.

"And so he grabbed me right then and there by the arm and pushes me up against the hood of his car," he said about the video.

Metro Police said Paige's amplifier fell onto the hood of a patrol car damaging it, but Paige said he merely scraped the car with the edge of his guitar. The video shows both police and the three men involved having a heated exchange of words.

"When he asks me the third time for my ID and I don't give it to him because I didn't do anything wrong and I didn't see any reason to give him my ID," he explained.

Paige and two others were arrested because of the incident.

Metro Police said they have reviewed the video and do not intend to take any action against the officers involved.

Paige was charged with vandalism and resisting arrest.
