Convicted Felon Caught Burglarizing Roofing Company

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A convicted thief and burglar was caught in the act while attempting to burglarize a roofing company late Tuesday night.

An officer responded to a burglar alarm at Elite Roofing on Jefferson Street just before midnight/ He found the back door had been forced open, and then a man walked out of the business carrying a computer monitor.

Police said Noe seemed surprised, and threw the monitor at the officer, striking him in the leg.

Noe ran back inside the business, and fled by breaking out a front window. He was taken into custody after a brief foot chase.

Noe was charged with burglary, assaulting an officer, theft, and evading arrest. He was held in lieu of $65,000.

Police said Noe's arrest history includes 50 charges since January 1983.
