Serial Armed Robber Strikes Franklin Again

FRANKLIN, Tenn. – For the third time in almost two weeks, Franklin Police are investigating a robbery at a gas station and detectives believe the same man is responsible.

The latest robbery happened at the Delta Express at 501 Liberty Pike. Police say around 11 p.m. Wednesday night a masked man, armed with a handgun, entered the store and demanded money.

They clerk did what the man said and was not hurt.

The armed robber ran off and is still on the loose. 

Detectives believe he is the same man who robbed a Twice Daily Shell station on South Royal Oaks Boulevard and the Daily's at 1500 Columbia Avenue early in the morning on August 10th.

He is described as six feet tall, with a slim build and in his mid to late 20s.
