The Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency said the body of 39-year-old Harvie C. Butler, of La Vergne, was recovered after he was thrown from a boat during an accident on Sunday.

Investigators said the body was discovered Sunday around 11:30 p.m. near the site of the accident at Four Corners Marina.

Officers said they used a remote camera to locate debris from the accident.

According to reports, two boats collided Sunday outside the wake near the marina. Four other people were taken to the hospital as a result of the accident.
