Nashville, Tenn. – Detectives made an arrest Wednesday afternoon in the deadly shooting outside Club Cielo in early September.

Issac Tenaz is charged with criminal homicide.  Detectives say it's the first of many arrest they expect to make in connection with the shooting.

Shivon Burham Abdullatif was shot and killed on September 8th outside the club near the intersection of Nolensville Pike and Old Hickory Boulevard.

Tenaz is being held on $500,000 bond.  His brother, Erick Tenaz is also wanted on a murder warrant in the case.

Detectives say the brothers were inside the black Honda, along with several others, from which the deadly shots were fired.  They say the shooting was the result of an earlier fight.

Anyone seeing Erick Tenaz or knowing his whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.

Issac Tenaz was convicted on two felony marijuana charges in 2012.  His sentences, which totaled three years, were suspended and he was placed on probation.
