Two Suspects Charged In Cumberland Co. Quadruple Murder

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Tenn. – Two suspects have been charged in the Cumberland County quadruple murder case.

Officials with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said 26-year-old Jacob Allen Bennett was indicted on four counts of premeditated murder, four counts of grand felony murder, and two attempts of aggravated robbery.

Investigators said his girlfriend, 25-year-old Brittany Yvonn Moser was with him at the time of the murders. She was indicted on four counts of felony murder and two counts of aggravated robbery.

On September 12, the bodies of 22-year-old Rikki Danielle Jacobsen, 17-year-old Dominic Lewis Davis, 17-year-old Steven Michael Presley and 16-year-old Jonathon Raymond Lajeunesse were discovered on a road near Renegade Mountain Resort. All four were shot to death.

Officials said the Bennett and Moser also attempted to rob the victims during a marijuana exchange.

Bennett was arrested September 13 in Rhea County for violating his probation and has remained in the Cumberland County Jail.

Moser was arrested Friday morning at her home in Dayton, Tennessee and was also booked into the Cumberland County Jail.

Both suspects were arraigned 11:30 a.m. Friday morning.
