ANTIOCH, Tenn. – Police were working to determine if there was a connection between two overnight robberies in the Antioch area.

The break-ins happened before 1:30 a.m. Friday. Officials said someone broke the window and screen of the door on the California Burrito food truck in an attempt to get inside. The truck was parked on Antioch Pike.

About a block away, the window from the front door of the Mattress Express was busted out. Police said it appeared the suspect or suspects were able to get into the business, but it was not clear if anything was stolen.

Officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department's Crime Scene Unit were called in to investigate.

Estimates of damages to the businesses were not available.

Investigators have asked anyone with information about the break-ins to call Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME (615-742-7463).
