-9 large scallops (muscle pulled off)
 
-Pasta: -1 cup AP flour
             -1/2 teaspoon salt
             -1 egg
             -2 tbsp. water
             (knead by hand or in mixer w/ dough hook)
-Sauce:-1 bunch scallions (sliced)
             -2 tbsp. roasted garlic puree
             -1 lemon (cut and juiced)
             -1 1/2 cup white wine
             -3 tbsp. butter
             -1 tbsp. bacon (cooked and diced)
             -fresh cracked pepper
             -parsley
