MONEY SAVING IDEAS/ MARY HANCE / MS. CHEAP: Ms. Cheap told us about an event that's bringing history to life at the Bicentennial Mall this weekend.  The Tennessee History Festival is Friday and Saturday at the Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park downtown.  It will cover the span of Tennessee history, from Hernando de Soto through Vietnam.  There will be something for all ages, with re-enactments, demonstrations and historical talks.  For more details, call 615-741-5800.
