NASHVILLE, Tenn. Reynaldo Collazo said he had just boarded Southwest flight 3132 from Nashville to Tampa Thursday when he noticed a man already seated secretly holding his cell phone into the aisle.

"He just finished taking photos of the lady that was in front of me," Collazo said Friday. "The average person is looking forward because they're looking for a seat. They're not focusing on the guy's hand sticking out a little bit and taking the picture."

Collazo said he and his brother watched Adam Bartsch take picture after picture and finally realized they had to say something.

"Taking pictures of ladies as they're going by under their dress. You're a scum bag, you know? You are just a lowdown person. I can't believe that," Collazo recalled.

Even after being confronted he said the 28-year-old air marshal kept doing it and only stopped after Collazo secretly wrote a note to the flight attendant.

"On the piece of paper I put ‘the gentlemen on the corner seat on 4D is taking pictures of ladies as they go by. You need to alert security. Something is not right with this guy'," he said.

Collazo said he snatched Bartsch's phone away before as the air marshal took off running. Bartsch soon met airport security in the jet way.

It wasn't until later Collazo realized the whole encounter was with an air marshal.

"I just didn't expect ever to have a marshal taking sex, dirty pictures of ladies under their dress," he said. "You entrust them to protect us not to harm us."

Police said Adam Bartsch admitted to taking the photos. He got out of jail Thursday night, but has to be back in court here in Nashville on November 14th.

Thursday, a TSA official released a statement saying the organization doesn't tolerate criminal behavior, and Bartsch has been relieved of his duties. Leaders are now in the process of suspending or terminating his employment.
