Three Wanted For Kidnapping, Robbery In Clarksville

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - Three men are wanted after police said they kidnapped, tied up, and beat another man in Clarksville.

Clarksville Police said they have taken out warrants for aggravated kidnapping and aggravated robbery for 25-year-old Roger Weems Harper, 23-year-old Troy Amir Allen, and 23-year-old Matthew Jerard Barnhill.

Police said the trio kidnapped a man and held him for several hours on Monday. The victim called 911 around 7:15 p.m. to report he had been kidnapped. He told officers that he had been held inside a residence on Kingfisher Drive since approximately 1 p.m.

He told police he was bound, beaten, and gagged until he managed to escape by climbing through a window. He then ran to another home for help.

Police searched the home where the victim said he was held, and identified the three men as the alleged kidnappers.
