Police: Parents Found Weapons In Halloween Candy

LEBANON, Tenn. – Parents in Wilson County said weapons were found inside their children's Halloween candy.

Officials with the Lebanon Police Department said the parents found two pieces of candy containing weapons. He said one piece contained a razor blade and one piece contained a sewing pin.

Chief Scott Bowen said they did not know who gave out the candy. He said the candy came from Five Oaks and Blairwood Downs areas.

He said the weapons were discovered before anyone got hurt.
