2 Teens Injured In Crash Involving Off-Duty Brentwood Officer

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – Two teenagers were injured in a crash involving an off-duty officer in Brentwood on Tuesday evening.

The Tennessee Highway Patrol said the crash happened around 6:30 p.m. on Wilson Pike at Split Log Road. The crash involved a car and a pickup truck, but it was unclear which one the officer was driving.

The two teenagers in the other vehicle were taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville with minor injuries.

The off-duty Brentwood police officer was not hurt in the wreck. His identity was not immediately released.

THP troopers will investigate who was at-fault in the crash.
