Pharmacy Burglars Caught On Surveillance Cameras

COLUMBIA, Tenn. - Surveillance cameras caught two thieves in the act as they stole prescription painkillers from a Columbia pharmacy.

Police said the two men, who wore bandannas over their faces, used a sledgehammer to break out the front glass door at Fisher Pharmacy on Hatcher Lane, and entered the store around 11:15 p.m. Monday.

In just under a minute, they stole 700 hydrocodone tablets and fled the scene.
