FRANKLIN, Tenn. – The man accused of a drunk driving crash that resulted in the death of a Williamson County woman pleaded guilty Tuesday.

Police said 26-year-old John Coe, Jr. pleaded guilty to six felony charges after he was involved in a crash in which Kathryn Nevil, of Franklin, was killed. He was sentenced to 140 years in prison.

Officials said Nevil was killed when her family was driving from Franklin, Tennessee to visit family in Texas in 2012. The collision happened in Hope, Arkansas. Nevil died at the scene of the collision and her 12-year-old daughter suffered traumatic brain injuries as a result of the crash. Her husband and son had minor injuries.

Officials said Coe could be considered for parole in 10 years.
