Nashville Man Wanted For Brutal Attack On Girlfriend

Posted: Updated:

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A man is wanted for a brutal attack on his girlfriend inside a south Nashville business earlier this month.

On the night of November 8th, the victim told police that 39-year-old Rashanus Pearsons had been drinking and told her that she should always be at their apartment when he arrived home. When she left to walk to work, Pearsons allegedly followed her, and then grabbed her and choked her.

She managed to get away, and ran inside a business on Harding Place where police said Pearson grabbed her again, and threw her to the floor. Police said he then punched and kicked her in the face before he fled on foot.

Anyone with information on Pearsons' whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (615)74-CRIME. Tips can also be sent to Crime Stoppers by texting the word "CASH" along with their message to 274637 (CRIMES) or online at www.nashvillecrimestoppers.com.
