CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - Two men have been arrested in the 2011 murder of a Clarksville man who was found deceased inside a car.
The November session of the Montgomery County Grand Jury led to the indictments of 41-year-old Mark Dewayne McMurry and 22-year-old Keith Kuzyk. Both have been charged with first degree murder and especially aggravated robbery in the death of Douglas Ramey.
The 27-year-old was found inside a 1995 Honda Accord that had wrecked in the parking lot behind businesses on Crossland Avenue on August 16, 2011. His death was ruled a homicide.
McMurry was also charged with a parole violation and domestic assault, and held on $500,500 bond. Kuzyk was held on $500,000 bond.
