RECIPE # 5103 - HOT ARTICHOKE DIP - Tuesday, December 10, 2013

14-oz can artichokes, drained
1/2 c Hellman's Mayonnaise or more to taste
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1/2 t garlic powder or more to taste
1/8 t paprika, for garnish

Assemble ingredients. In a bowl, chop artichokes well. Mix in mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Pour into a 1- quart ovenware dish and bake for 20minutes in a 350degree oven   or until bubbly. Sprinkle with paprika to garnish.
 Serve with your favorite crackers, melba toast rounds or tortilla chips.
