Suspect Arrested; 4 More Identified In Driveway Sealant Scam
Tenn. – One suspect has been arrested and four others identified in what police
have called a driveway-sealing scam. The men were suspected of scamming at
least one person out of thousands of dollars.
of Gray, Kentucky was arrested and charged with theft. The Gallatin Police Department had been looking for the 32-year-old Jones
said Gray scammed a 79-year old man out of $5,000. They said Jones and
several others offered to seal the man's driveway, but ended up ruining it
reportedly offered to seal the victim's driveway in an attempt to get paid, but
they used an asphalt sealant on the concrete driveway, vandalizing the driveway
in the process. The asphalt sealant changed the look of the driveway to black asphalt.

booked into jail, and four other suspects have warrants out for their arrest. Among
those suspects are the following:
Boswell (29), from Keavy, Kentucky;
(29), from Morristown, Tennessee;
Boswell (56), from London, Kentucky;
(68), from Princeton, West Virginia.
also released the name of a known associate of the suspects, 26-year-old Dallas
McVey from Gray, Kentucky.
