CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) - A Chattanooga man is facing charges in what police are calling an apparent road rage killing.

The Chattanooga Times Free Press reported 62-year-old Richard Manning is charged with criminal homicide and aggravated assault.

He is accused of fatally shooting 39-year-old Norman Gallman on Tuesday. Police say it appears the two got into a dispute at an intersection in the city.

The fatal shooting came a day after police say a Knox County man shot one motorcyclist multiple times and backed his SUV into another in a road rage incident. That man, Rodney Lee Scott, is facing attempted murder charges.

It wasn't immediately clear whether either man has an attorney.
