RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Tenn. – A former Tennessee Titans cheerleader was arrested Thursday for a probation violation.

Investigators said Elizabeth Garner violated the terms of her probation when she tested positive for a banned narcotic, and Judge David Bragg issued the warrant for her arrest.

In February, the 42-year-old was accused of trying to solicit sex from a 12-year-old boy. Police said Garner told them it was a mistake: she was drunk and thought the child was a man.

She faced up to an eight year sentence, if convicted.

In November, Garner pleaded no contest to a reduced charge of felony reckless endangerment, and received 18-months' probation. If she stayed out of trouble, her record would be expunged.

She was released on $50,000 bond.

Garner was most recently a Titans cheerleader in 2008.
