Woman Charged In Fatal Wrong Way Crash In Hopkinsville

HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. - A woman was charged in connection with a fatal wrong way crash in southern Kentucky on Monday night.

Hopkinsville Police said 33-year-old Jessica Tucker was driving the wrong way down Eagle Way Bypass around 9:20 p.m. when she struck another car, causing it to overturn. 

Tucker's vehicle spun into another lane of travel, striking a second vehicle. 

Her passenger, 28-year-old Brandon C. Toliver, was killed.

Tucker and the drivers of the other two vehicles were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Tucker was charged with murder, DUI, and two counts of assault, according to Hopkinsville Police.
