Wilson Co. Firefighters Battle House Fire In Freezing Temperatures

WATERTOWN, Tenn. – Firefighters battled a vacant house fire in Wilson County during the overnight freezing temperatures.

Watertown Fire Department was called out to the home on Woodland Street around 2:30 a.m. Friday. The flames were so large that firefighters had to stop them from spreading to neighboring homes.

The home was a total loss, and the two homes nearby suffered minor damage.

No one was injured in the fire.

The cause of the fire remained under investigation.
