Hendersonville Father, Son Charged With Destroying Evidence

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. – A father and son are facing multiple charges in Sumner County after police said they destroyed incriminating drug evidence.

Officials with the Hendersonville Police Department said 47-year-old Brian Nutter and 18-year-old Cameron Nutter were arrested Thursday in Hendersonville. Both were charged with tampering with evidence, possession of marijuana for resale and drug paraphernalia.

Police said Cameron Nutter and three juveniles were robbed of marijuana and cash on November 27.

According to officials, the suspects destroyed the evidence of the robbery before calling the police.

Bond was set at $2,000. They have been scheduled to appear in court on February 12.
