MONEY-SAVING IDEAS / MARY HANCE / MS. CHEAP: Ms. Cheap shared how to save money on Senior Day at grocery stores. Publix offers customers ages 60 years or older a 5 percent discount every Wednesday. At Harris Teeter, there is a 5 percent discount on Thursdays for people ages 60 and older. Kroger will offer a 5 percent discount to seniors 60 and older every Wednesday beginning February 12, and there is one last 10 percent off senior day at Kroger on February 5.  FASHION / ABBY WHITE / FASHION FOR A FRACTION: Abby showed how to get bargains on designer fashions and accessories from "Fashion for a Fraction". The event brings Nashville's best boutiques together under one roof, where fashionistas and savvy shoppers can shop for deeply discounted apparel, clothing, handbags, jewelry and more. "Fashion for a Fraction" is this Saturday, January 25 from 11am-4pm in McQuiddy Gymnasium at Lipscomb University. Tickets are $5 in advance at or at the door. Proceeds will benefit Hands On Nashville.
