25 Arrested In Hendersonville Unauthorized House Party
HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. – Twenty-five suspects were arrested after what officials called an unauthorized house party broke out in Hendersonville.
Officials with the Hendersonville Police Department said they were called to a residence on Cherokee Road to investigate a possible burglary.
Police said they discovered a total of 25 people, most of whom were juveniles, having a party at an empty house. They said the homeowners were out of town and it appeared that a family member alerted others about the party.
Fifteen were charged with Criminal Trespass only and eight were charged with criminal trespass and underage consumption of alcohol. Police said two juveniles were transported to TriStar Hendersonville Hospital for treatment for ingested alcohol.
The juveniles were later released to their parents. Those charged will appear in Juvenile Court or General Sessions Court at a later date.
