Masked Gunman Robs South Nashville Bank

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A man robbed a south Nashville bank at gunpoint on Wednesday evening.

Metro Police said the masked man entered the Apex Bank office at 4536 Nolensville Pike around 5:35 p.m. He demanded cash while pointing a pistol at two employees.

They complied, and he fled the scene with cash.

The suspect was described as a black man in his 20s who is approximately 5'9" tall and has a slim build. His hair was said to be in a thin dreadlock style with blonde or gold tips on the ends.
