No Injuries In Bellevue Apartment Fire

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – No one was hurt in an apartment fire in Bellevue on Friday morning.

The blaze broke out just before 9 a.m. at 865 Bellevue Apartments on Bellevue Road. Smoke was billowing from the roof of the building, and firefighters cut a hole to vent it.

Officials said the fire started in a second floor unit, which suffered damage. A ground unit on the first floor also suffered water damage.

No one was home when the fire broke out.

The Red Cross was dispatched to help six people who were displaced. 

The cause of the fire remained under investigation.
