RECIPE # 5147 - HOT ARTICHOKE PIMIENTO CHEESE DIP - Friday, Mar. 14, 2014

1 can artichoke hearts (13.75 ounces), drained and chopped

1 jar diced pimientos (4 ounces) or ½ cup roasted red bell peppers

2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

Spoonful of sugar

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine the artichoke hearts, pimientos, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sugar, and parmesan cheese in a medium casserole dish. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Makes about 4 cups
