Residents Displaced By Hermitage Condo Fire

HERMITAGE, Tenn. – Nearly five residents have been displaced by a fire at an condo unit in eastern Davidson County.

The fire was reported just after 4 p.m. on 218 Raintree Drive in Hermitage.

Crews said heavy smoke and flames were visible from the second floor of one of the two-story units.

Officials said the fire appeared to have originated on the outside patio, although the cause remains unknown.

Four people were displaced, including one adult and three children. No one was injured in the blaze.

The American Red Cross has been called in to assist those affected by the fire.
