COLUMBIA, Tenn. – A Maury County man has been added to state's Top Ten Most Wanted list for the second time since December.

Officials with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation said 24-year-old Deterines Cortae Cathey is wanted by the TBI and Federal Bureau of Investigation for murder in aid of racketeering.

Last week, Cathey was indicted in connection with a 2009 homicide that occurred in Columbia.

In December 2013, Cathey was added to the Top Ten Most Wanted list for his alleged involvement in an incident that occurred in Columbia. He was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault.

Cathey was later released on bond.

Investigators said Cathey, who is also known as "Weeda," has a last known address of 130 Westview Drive in Columbia. He was described as an African American male with black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately six-foot-two-inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds with a tattoo of "KC" on his left cheek and tattoos on both arms.

The TBI said Cathey is a convicted felon and should be considered dangerous. He is also known gang member affiliated with the "Kitchen Crips."
