Clarksville Man Accused Of Attacking Wife For Wearing His Socks

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - A Clarksville man was arrested for allegedly attacking his wife with a knife over a pair of socks.

The Leaf Chronicle reported 20-year-old Sean Jones had apparently been drinking when grabbed his wife by the neck because she was wearing his socks.

The wife told police she took the socks off and left the apartment.

She said Jones followed her outside with a large knife and stabbed her in the neck. She was not seriously hurt.

Jones was charged with aggravated assault. He was booked into the Montgomery County Jail on $5,000 bond.
