Posted: Updated:

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A few lucky Twitter followers in Nashville have gotten their hands on free cash.

The anonymous twitter accounts, called "Hidden Cash TN" and "Hidden Cash Nashville," were recently created and have been leaving clues to cash hidden around Music City.

On Saturday, they put up messages about where the cash could be located. In return, the lucky finders were asked to tweet a picture back to the account.

They did it again on Sunday, and one of those prizes was in Sevier Park on 12th Avenue South. Jimmy Hobby and his wife were lucky enough to track it down.

"They posted a picture, and when they posted the picture we just happened to be in the same parking lot as the picture was. Walked up looked for three minutes and stumbled upon the envelope," Jimmy Hobby told NewsChannel 5.

The couple picked up $51. They said it wasn't so much about the cash, but the thrill of the chase.

The owner of the "Hidden Cash Nashville" account is a motivational speaker living in Nashville. He said the account will do a hunt each weekend, with prizes ranging from $20 to $200.

Nashville wasn’t the only city getting it on the cash give away. The hidden cash scavenger hunts have been popping up all over the country.
