Apple Pie Snack
1/2 c low fat cottage cheese
1/2 c unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 T organic maple syrup or liquid stevia
Cinnamon to taste

Mix together and enjoy! Makes 1 serving.

Black Bean Hummus
2 cans organic low sodium black beans, drained
1 can organic chick peas, drained
1/4 c EVOO
1 T lemon juice
1 T dried parsley
2 t cumin
1/2 tsp red pepper (or to taste)
1/2 tsp minced garlic

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and purée. Store in the refrigerator.
