On this episode of QUE PASA NASHVILLE, we'll be talking about how the image of Latinos has changed in Middle Tennessee to one of entrepreneurship, being part of the workforce, and being a contributing member of society.  Cristina Allen is joined by the chairman of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Marc A. Rodríguez, who has seen the change first hand; from being a busboy to an Ivy League graduate, to a municipal employee, to a successful entrepreneur. He cites perseverance, effective communication, and execution, as qualities of any successful executive.
