Ada's Rules, a novel written by Alice Randall, describes the live of Ada, a woman who is struggling with various aspects of her life, including her weight.  On this week's episode of URBAN OUTLOOK, April Eaton will talk with blogger Neysa Taylor, and with Randall herself, to discuss this amazing novel.  Some have described the book as a diet book disguised as a novel, while others have asked themselves "is she talking about me?"  Tune in to hear our great conversation about African American women, how to take care of yourselves, and how to embrace curves while being healthy.  You will not want to miss this great book discussion!
