Ingredients:
1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 ½ c shredded Swiss cheese
½ c mayonnaise
1 bunch green onions, chopped
6-8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
¼-1/3 c crushed buttery crackers
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise and green onions. Stir to mix completely and spread in baking dish. Top with bacon and cracker crumbs. Bake in a 350 F oven for 20 minutes or until cheese dip bubbles.
Yields 4-5 servings
**May double recipe and spread in deep dish pie plate or shallow casserole dish.
