1 (14-oz) pkg smoked sausage, cut into ½ inch pieces
1 (16-oz) pkg hickory smoked bacon, each slice cut into thirds
½ c orange marmalade

1 T lime juice
1 T soy sauce
2 T Dijon mustard
½ t hot pepper sauce

Wrap each sausage piece with bacon pieces, secure with wooden pick and place on broiler rack.  Bake at 400 F for 15-20 minutes per side until bacon is brown and crisp.  Remove from oven and drain sausage bites on paper towels.  For sauce, combine sauce ingredients in bowl; stir to mix.  Heat in microwave for one minute on HIGH.

Yields about 30 appetizers and ¾ c sauce
