Ingredients: 6 oz cream cheese, softened 2 T sugar 1 egg 2 (7.6-oz) pkg blueberry muffin mix 1 1/4 c milk
Directions: Combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until smooth. Add egg and beat. In a large bowl combine muffin mix and milk; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Fill muffin cups lined with paper baking cups 2/3 full of muffin batter. Top with 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture. Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes.
