2 ½ lbs new potatoes, scrubbed, cut into 1-2" pieces and cooked (leave peelings on)
1 c mayonnaise
2-3 T Dijon mustard
½ c chopped red onion
1/3 c chopped chives
Salt and pepper to taste
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

Drain potatoes after cooking and place in a large bowl.  In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard, red onion and chives; stir to mix.  Add dressing to potatoes and toss to mix completely.  Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place in serving bowl.  Sprinkle with bacon and serve.  Serve warm or chilled.

Yields 6-8 servings
