Ingredients:2 large sweet potatoes, baked and peeled1 T butter, softened2 T brown sugar2 T grated orange zest2 T Orange-flavored Rum
Directions:Place butter, brown sugar, orange zest, and rum in a large bowl. Using a food mill or potato masher add potatoes to bowl and stir to combine. Add salt to taste. Serve warm.
