Ingredients:
1 seedless watermelon (1/2 diced in small pieces and 1/2 pureed)
2 cucumbers, diced and seeded
½ red onion finely diced
2 jalapeño peppers, finely diced
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
2 lemons, juiced and zested
1/4 t cayenne pepper
Salt and Pepper to taste
Tabasco sauce, to taste
Worchestershire Sauce, 3 dashes
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together let sit two hours and then served chilled.
