SAUSAGE YEAST ROLLS - September 26, 2006

2 pkgs. Fleischmann's Yeast

2 c warm water, divided

1/2 c sugar

1/2 c vegetable oil

1 T salt

2 eggs

5 to 6 c all purpose flour

Dissolve yeast in one cup warm water and set aside. Mix one cup water, sugar, oil, salt, and eggs. Add yeast. Mix in flour one cup at a time. Let rise until doubled. Punch down. Roll into golf ball size pieces. Flatten place into small muffin tins. Add one teaspoon of your sausage gravy. Pinch to fully enclose. Let rise about 1 hour. Bake 400 for 10 to 15 minutes.
