 TAMMY ALGOOD/UT EXTENSION

1 lb. medium cooked shrimp, peeled, with tails left on
2-3 T Chianti Marinara Sauce
Puff pastry cups or spinach leaves

Toss shrimp with marinara sauce.  Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.  Serve in puff pastry cups or on spinach leaves.
