But Metro says its average response time in 2006 was 8 minutes, 3 seconds -- from the time they're dispatched.
Rutherford County EMS says its response was just under about 7 minutes, 54 seconds.
Williamson says its response time was 7 minutes, 13 seconds.
Sumner says its time was right at 7 minutes.
And Montgomery County says its ambulances got there in 5 minutes, 53 seconds.
