Easter Fruit Basket
1 honeydew melon
1 cantaloupe
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1 pint strawberries
1 orange
1 pint bean sprouts
TOOLS NEEDED:
1 12' knife
1 paring knife or exacto knife
1 pencil
1 mellon baller
Draw basket on honey dew. Pencil in lattice work as shown on TV segment. Cut handle out of honeydew as well as the bottom for a base. Remove seeds. Make melon balls from cantaloupe and honeydew. Place all fruit in basket garnished with bean sprouts.
