1 (4-oz) pkg ice shrimp, thawed and drained
1/2 c pico de gallo or fresh salsa, drained
1 avocado, diced
Juice of 1 lime
2 T chopped cilantro
1/4 t salt
Combine all ingredients and toss to mix. Serve chilled in martini, marguerite or stemmed glasses. Yield: 3- ½ c servings
