12 oz pkg wonton wrappers
2-3 bananas
10 oz bag mini marshmallows
12 oz pkg mini chocolate chips
canola oil
fruit puree or powdered sugar to garnish
Heat oil to 350-375 degrees in deep skillet. Take out one wonton wrapper at the time, place a slice of banana or marshmallow in the center and sprinkle a few chips on top. Wet the inside edges of the wonton with water. Fold together the sides and crimp into a little package. Place several in the hot oil at once - do not crowd them. Let them cook for 1-2 minutes or until they are golden brown. Lift from the oil and place on paper towels to drain. Plate them and sprinkle powdered sugar over the top.
*You could substitute a small cube of Snickers candy bar as a filling.
