A Davidson County grand jury indicted Kolby Ryan Harris for rape of a child.
Harris -- who was just days from his 20th birthday at the time of the attack -- stands nearly 6 feet tall and weighs 190 pounds.
He's accused of forcing a little autistic boy, named Gilbert, to perform a sex act -- right behind the driver of a small, special-education bus.
School officials are still refusing to say what the two were doing on a bus together.
