GALLATIN, Tenn. - The Gallatin Area Chamber of Commerce is organizing tornado cleanup Saturday.
Donations and volunteers are needed for the effort organized at the request of the Sumner County Emergency Management Agency.
Volunteers are asked to meet at the Gallatin City Hall parking lot between 8-10 a.m. on Saturday.
Volunteers should be prepared to work a minimum of four hours. Teenagers may work with supervising adults.
Volunteers should wear sturdy shoes and protective clothing and bring gloves, rakes, shovels, etc. These items will also be available on-site, but any extras are appreciated.
